Gazela is produced at Quinta de Azevedo, an estate owned by Sogrape near Barcelos in the Vinho Verde Region. Hand-harvested grapes are gently crushed, clarified and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of around 16ºC. Bottled immediately after fermentation, it preserves its natural freshness and lively profile.
Tasting Notes: Very pale citrus colour with a slight spritz that enhances aromas and freshness. Expressive citrus and tropical fruit notes, supported by vibrant acidity and balanced by a subtle touch of residual sugar. Light, versatile and refreshing finish.
