A benchmark 10-year Tawny. Elegant, complex and endlessly drinkable.
Technical wine sheet
A beautiful amber-tawny colour, the first sign of a decade of patient cask ageing. The nose is rich and inviting, with dried fruit, cinnamon, walnuts and a touch of orange peel building into a warm, complex bouquet. On the palate the nutty character takes centre stage, complemented by coffee and dark chocolate. The sweetness is balanced by good acidity that keeps everything fresh and elegant. A long, smooth finish with lingering caramel and dried fruit.
