Nearly 50 years of ageing. A living piece of history and one of the most extraordinary Ports we offer.

Technical wine sheet

Born in one of the most challenging vintages on record, this extraordinary Colheita was fermented in granite vats and aged for nearly 50 years in chestnut wood barrels. Deep amber with rich, complex tones. The nose reveals ripe plum, sultana, toffee, caramel, almonds and hazelnuts in a beautifully layered bouquet. On the palate the precision and complexity are exceptional, with a finish that lingers long after the glass is empty. A living piece of history.
