Cold extracted from Cobrançosa and Cordovil olive varieties, this olive oil has an acidity of only 0.2º. Light green in colour, fresh and elegant, it shows a perfect balance between delicate bitterness and a pleasant spicy touch on the finish. Ideal for seasoning, serving with bread, enhancing salads, fish, grilled vegetables and Mediterranean dishes.
