Technical wine sheet

A large property in the interior of the Alentejo which has become a paradise for hunting and the production of wine benefiting from a very specific terroir has generously presented us with a series of wines and the rigorous Selection Committee has chosen to make us discover this magnificent Ardila from 2019, one of the best wines from this region that we have tasted.

Ardila has a deep ruby color, on the nose there immediately appear intense aromas of ripe red fruit, in particular strawberry with spicy notes. In the mouth the Alentejo Ardila wine is both full and round, with very fine tannins and a nice return of fruit. At the end of the mouth, the aromas of strawberry and a hint of pepper come back. Ardila has an attractive and long finish.
